Northeast New Jersey Legal Services, Pro Bono Partnerships Project

Northeast New Jersey Legal Services (NNJLS) is a trusted community ally with more than 50 years of experience fighting for justice in various civil matters involving Family, Housing, Consumer, Public Benefits, and Immigration issues. We serve the income-eligibile individuals and families of Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic Counties. PBPP is a unit within NNJLS that provides the same services to those individuals and families through our volunteers.

The Pro Bono Partnerships Project (PBPP) increases access to justice and drives social change by connecting volunteer experts with service opportunities in their communities. Our clients face legal problems such as housing, public benefits, and domestic violence, yet are unable to access a lawyer. Our volunteers are part of the solutions that impact family and neighborhood life.
